Since my daughter was born, I've had three or four additional bouts with it, most of which leave me in great pain for about a week, sometimes more. I've tried acupuncture, tennis balls, massage, heat, ice, you name it. I tried the exercises in your links and I am probably 95% pain free at the moment. You're like my savior. I've been ...Thank you so much for posting this. I've been dealing with Piriformis pain for a few months now (desk jockey also) which happened around the time I switched to zero drop shoes. I've been googling for Piriformis stretches but I hadn't found anything like this. <br /><br />I'm excited to try this a couple times a day.
