We had a campfire by the lake, hot chocolate and the best brownies ever to warm all the night runners. We moved to southern Cal but I sure miss being there. In fact Norm Klein had said he was ending the race, did someone else take it over? My dream was always to run this 100 but after knee surgery, that was ended. Reading your blog made me feel like I was right there with you. Thank you so much for sharing the step by step and congrads on your PR! I was so concerned with time, I never really got a chance to just chill and enjoy the moments.<br /><br />...maybe a little along the American River, I love that section, but when I hit it the sun was wrecking me.<br /><br />I saw that Krupicka look-alike too just as we were approaching K2.
